Nearly all diesel engines rely on a liquid cooling system to transfer waste heat out of the block and internal engine components. The cooling system consists of the following major components: resevoir, water pump, radiator or heat exchanger, water jacket, and thermostat. These parts wear out and need to be replaced over time. Let us check your vital cooling parts to prevent future problems.

Exhaust Systems
The factory exhaust system does its job, but it's quite restrictive and not overly efficient and prevents your truck from making the horsepower, torque, and sound that your Powerstroke is capable of. A new exhaust system is an easy way to give your aggressive Powerstroke diesel an awesome new sound while improving its power, torque, and fuel economy, all while offering a slight drop in EGTs. Exhaust kits can also allow you to run mid-level PCM tuning for even better horsepower and torque gains.

Clutch and Automatic Transmissions
Your factory powerstroke automatic or manual transmission does the job fine on a stock truck however when performing diesel truck engine upgrades its important to not forget about your transmission and we can build your automatic transmission or fix your manual transmission common problems such as picture three where a spring has blown through a pressure plate!

The arrow is pointing to a common failure in the pilot bearing
This Kevlar bearing is the fix
Powerstroke's come with a fine fuel pump and most are electric however if you own the almighty and great 7.3L Powerstroke it does not come equipped with an electric fuel pump however we offer an electric fuel pump conversion for your vehicle.
